InmoNaranja is an Island Real Estate Company in Motril, Spain that started out selling houses and plots of land.
A magazine article about selling private islands turned them onto the idea of selling this unique type of real estate. Perhaps you should consider buying a tax haven, such as the one for sale earlier this year. You will need a few bucks and a boat or helicopter for access. Sealand, a former World War II fort in the North Sea, has no other means of access.Inviting offers of eight figures for the property with uninterrupted sea views, complete privacy, and a status as a tax haven (because it is beyond the three-mile limit of Britain’s waters), the royal family that has occupied Sealand since 1967 has fought hard for its disputed nation status.

Quirky, dodgy, head shakingly bizzare? It’s not every day you see a real estate listing advertising “the possibility to have your own country.”
That’s a current offer from the InmoNaranja agency in Motril, Spain. The “country” in question, the Principality of Sealand, is said to come with its own citizens, government, money, stamps, flag, national anthem, and other trappings of nationhood - all for a mere billion U.S. dollars. And you even get to be royalty.
