Sealand, a former World War II fort in the North Sea, has no other means of access.Inviting offers of eight figures for the property with uninterrupted sea views, complete privacy, and a status as a tax haven (because it is beyond the three-mile limit of Britain’s waters), the royal family that has occupied Sealand since 1967 has fought hard for its disputed nation status.
